Make veg biryani indian food easy in lunch

Hi, friends welcome back on my bolg kya?kaise? Dosto.to dosto aaj m bhut hi interesting topic laya hu.aaj ka hamra topic h "veg-briyani kaise bnaye". Or hm ise hindi me sikhege. Dosto veg biryani mugaliye food h.or india m ise bhut pasad kiya jata h.

Dosto bhut se new log puchhte ki yh veg-biryani kya h bhai isko m simple language me btauga ki vag-biryani kya h. chaval,dhi,karim,bhut sare masale,meva,and hari sbjeeyo ka banya huaa svadist misran ko vag-biryani khate h.I hope ek ek sval ka jvab to mil gya hoga.aur dusre svaj ka bhi jvab mil gya hoga.nhi to uper ki photo dekh le.


Veg-biryani ke liye kya chahiye aur kitni matra me?

Ab hm janege ki veg-biryani bnane ke liye kya-kya chahiye.arthat samgari ke bare me janege.veg- biryani banane ke liye hme nimanlikhit saman chahiye. Aur ise niman matra chahiye.
1.chval(basmati)-  1 jug
2.tel(oil) 1/4 jug
3 ghee- 1/4 jug
4.karim ya dhi-1/4 jug
5.adrak- 1 Tukda
6. Haldi- 1 chamach(rag anusar)
7.gira- 1 chamach
8.lal mirch-1 chamch
9. Hari mirch-3 lambai me kate
10.Daniya paudr- 1 chamch
11 namak- 2 chamch (svadanusar)
12. Kaju-kismi- inchaanusar
13. Kesar- 6-7 dhage (ydi daalna chahte ho to)
Yh ho gyi moti moti smagri ab garm me kya-kya chahiye dekhte h.
1.Kali mirch- 10-11
2.ilaychi- 3
3.long-2
Aur bhi aap add kr skte pr svadist hi banegi.
Ab dwkhte ki hme hari sbajeeya konsi chahiye to aaye dekhte h.
1. Aalu- 3 labai me kate
2 gajar -2 labai me kate
3 hara pyaj -2 barik kate hue
4.podina- 13-15 pati
5. Tamatar -2 achhe se kate
6. Hara tamatar- 2 (ydi chahiye to)
7.hara daniya- inchaanusar

Aaye ab jante ki veg and-biryani ko bnate kaise h.


Veg-biryani ke liye masale
Sabse pahle hm chavalo achhe se doyege usme se kachra kankr aadi nikalege aur uske bad  chavalo ko 25 min pani me bhigoye.aur bad for me chavalo ko pani se puri tareh alag kr lete h.
Ab kisi dusre bade se bartn me chavlo ka 4 guna pani dalkr garm krte h. is pani me aap log,ilaychi and kali mirch dalte h.aur aapne garm masale me kuchh or rkha h to vo bhi dalte h . Jb pani garm hone lage to chavlo ko is pani me dal dete h . Or chavlo kg achhe se ubal lete h.
Jb tk chavl ubalte h. Hm ek kadhai lete h or uame oil dalte h.uske bad abhi hari sbajiyo ko tel me dal dete h aur sabjeeyo ko tal lete h. (Dhyan rhe sbhi sabjiyo ko lbai se kate) gobhi, pyaj, gajar ko 1 se 2 min talte h. Hari mirch ko 1 min talte h.sbhi sbajiyo jyada garm nhi krna h.
 Ab jb savl ubal gaye to chavlo ko pani se alag kar lete h pr ine alag kaise karege chita mt kro ek chhlani le aur chhlani se pani ko alag krte h. Aur ab jb chavl pani se alag ho gye h to.  Chavlo ko thodi hva lga lete h.
Kadhai me kuchh tel bacha hoga us me sbhi masalo ko achha te bhun lete h. Jb yh bhun kr taiyar ho jata h iska mtlb h ki biryani ke liye sbaaji taiyar h.
Veg-biryani sabjee

 To aaye dosto shuru karte h. Hm ek bartan lege us baartan ke tale me ghee dal dege.aur ab hm ghee pr aade chavlo ki ek parat lga dete h. Parat ke uper biryani sabjee ko dalte h aur uske upar vapis chavalo ki ek or parat bna dete h. Chavlo ki parat pr hm kaju-kismi,pudina,hara dhaniya aadi dal dete h. Thoda-thoda ghee chro tarf kinaro pr dalte h iske bad bartan pr achhe se dhkan deke halki gais pr 15 -20 min tk garm krte h.Biryani ka dam kaise Kare ?
Iske bad bartan ko gais se nichhe utarte h. Ab dhkan kholkr achhe me milate h. Ab hmari veg-biryani taiyar h . Aap iske sath dhi,chhachh,rayta use kr skte ho. She aur rayta ke sath biryanu khaye aur khilaye.

More jankari-    1.sanjeeyo labai me kate.
2. Bartan ko gas pr rkhte aur utarte time savdhani barte.
3 aap aur masala bhi dal skte h.
4.haldi ka rang change karke aap biryani ka rag bhi change kar skte h.
